Jonathan Michael Porter, known professionally as Blueface, is a Los Angeles-born rapper who rose to national attention after his 2018 viral track "Respect My Cryppin'" and the 2019 sleeper hit "Thotiana," which peaked in the Billboard Hot 100 top 10. He signed to Cash Money West, was named to XXL's 2019 Freshman Class, and has since released studio albums, issued popular singles, and pursued ventures outside music including boxing exhibitions and restaurant projects.
