Kayti Korte and Ben Morris formed Desperate Electric after evolving an earlier project (DASH) into a two-person act focused on synth-forward, dance-oriented songwriting and production. They have released singles including "Dopamine" (2023) and "Wildfire" (2025) and have toured nationally, performing hundreds of shows across more than 35 states with 100+ dates in 2025.
