Founded by Bruce Soord in 1999 as a studio project, Pineapple Thief grew into a full band and has released numerous studio albums, EPs and live recordings. The group signed to Kscope, expanded its international touring profile, and later incorporated drummer Gavin Harrison into the lineup. They have achieved notable UK rock chart success and maintain an active release and touring schedule.
